The 15th Annual Meeting of ISICM, held from
September 11th-15th, 2024, in Surabaya, coincided with the 12th World Sepsis
Day. Under the theme C.A.R.E.S – Critical Advances in Resuscitation and
Emergency Strategies, the event served as a strategic platform for discussions
on innovations in intensive and emergency care. PT Hospi Niaga Utama proudly
introduced its flagship solution, the Zisline Ventilator, during the workshop on
Nutritional Support for Critically Ill Patients.
One of the standout features of the Zisline Ventilator is Indirect Calorimetry,
which accurately measures patients' energy needs by analyzing oxygen consumption
(VO2) and carbon dioxide production (VCO2). This technology helps prevent
overfeeding and underfeeding in critically ill patients, as highlighted in the
Clinical Nutrition Guide for Critically Ill Patients. This aligns with the
statement of Dr. Tinni T. Maskoen, Sp.An-TI., Subsp.T.I.(K), Subsp.M.N.(K),
FIPM, FCCM, who emphasized that Indirect Calorimetry is the gold standard for
measuring patients' energy requirements.

PT Hospi Niaga Utama's participation in this event not only introduced
innovative technologies that meet international standards like ISO 13485 but
also provided a strategic opportunity to strengthen networks with medical
experts. In-depth discussions and practical training sessions highlighted the
importance of cross-disciplinary collaboration, which serves as the foundation
for improving healthcare services in Indonesia.
Through its presence, PT Hospi Niaga Utama reaffirms its commitment to delivering cutting-edge medical technology solutions that support hospitals in facing current and future challenges. With a spirit of innovation, the company continues to contribute to better and more sustainable healthcare services.
